This girl was already in a relationship with this Guy A, but she realised she got terminal cancer, so she went into this fake relationship with Guy A's best friend Guy B(The one at the VERY START of the MV with the girl) because she wanted to avoid hurting Guy A with her passing. Then @ the end, Guy A only found out the truth when the girl was about to die, but by the time it was already too late.
